Faith Pistole - 9/17/25

It's Wildcat Wednesday! Every Wednesday, we will spotlight a member of the LR Wildcat family.
This week we are introducing you to Faith Pistole!
-----------------------------
Job Title:
Third Grade Teacher
Tell us about your family:
I am 25 and my husband is 27. We have been married for 4.5 years. We have an almost 2 year old little girl named Georgia Grace, and another little girl due in early November. We live in Rogersville and love to hunt, golf, swim, and be with family as much as possible.
How long have you been a teacher/worked in education?
First year teacher.
What makes you passionate about education?
Seeing student growth and creating relationships. That is the most rewarding part of education, in my opinion. Being able to be a part of their growth, academically and as a person, is really what makes me passionate about this career. I love kids and love being able to create a safe space for them to learn.
What is your must-have classroom item?
Markers! All kinds of markers, we use them so much.
If you had to choose a different grade/subject to teach, what would it be?
I would choose 4th or 5th grade. If I had to choose a subject to teach, it would be math!
What is something about you that might surprise people?
I don't like pickles, hardly any seafood, or tomatoes. A lot of people think this is really weird!
What is one item on your bucket list?
Go to Scotland/England and tour the old castles and towns.
Welcome to the Wildcat family, Faith!
