Tell us about your family:
My husband Myles and I have been married for 3 years and have 2 children. Kaia is 2 and Zyair is 9 months old.
How long have you been a teacher/worked in education?
This is my 7th year teaching!
What makes you passionate about education?
I love helping and filling in the gaps with my students in their learning. It is fun to see when things finally "click" and the growth that they make throughout the year!
What is your must-have classroom item?
Iced coffee and sticky notes!
If you had to choose a different grade/subject to teach, what would it be?
I would teach Art.
What is something about you that might surprise people?
I grew up in a small town called Sandwich Illinois.
What is one item on your bucket list?
I would love to go to Greece!
