Tell us about your family:
I've been married to my husband Jeremy for 19 years. We have two awesome sons. Cooper is a senior and Duncan is in 7th grade at LR. We also have three dogs and two cats!
How long have you been a teacher/worked in education?
20 years
What makes you passionate about education?
Watching a child grow and learn is the most amazing thing to see. It is a special gift to be able to be a part of that for so many kids.
What is your must-have classroom item?
Books, of course!
If you had to choose a different grade/subject to teach, what would it be?
I will never leave the library. I'm living my dream!
What is something about you that might surprise people?
I like to run 5K races in the summer.
What is one item on your bucket list?
I would love to go back to St. Lucia.
