Please fill out the Free and Reduced Meal Program application linked below and return to the district office. Applications can also be completed on-line at www.logrog.net. Not everyone will qualify for the program, but it is important that we enroll all students who meet the requirements.
Data collected from the Free and Reduced Meal Program applications is used to maintain meal count requirements, report to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) for funding, and establish eligibility for other benefits. Qualifying High School students can also receive benefits such as ACT & SAT waivers and dual credit discounts. In addition, the school district receives reimbursement from the meal program through the funding formula created by the General Assembly based on the percentage of students who qualify.
We are offering an incentive to complete and submit the Free and Reduced-Meal Program application (you do not have to qualify to win). Each student listed on the application will have their name entered in a drawing for a FREE $200 gas gift card! One student per school will win. Applications must be submitted by September 29, 2023 to be entered in the drawing.
Thank you for taking time to complete the application. If you have any questions please call the District Administration Office at 753-2891.
