Many families have heard students talk about “The Wildcat Way,” but what does it really mean? Ask any student, and they can explain it with confidence. The Wildcat Way centers on being SAFE, RESPECTFUL, and RESPONSIBLE in every setting, every day.

Students begin learning these expectations at the Primary School and continue building on them as they move through the Elementary and Upper Elementary schools. The language, expectations, and routines stay consistent from one building to the next—whether students are in classrooms, hallways, the cafeteria, or even the restrooms.

Visual signage placed throughout each school reinforces what these behaviors look and sound like, helping create shared understanding across all three buildings. Students are recognized regularly—both individually and as whole classes—with positive incentives for demonstrating THE WILDCAT WAY EVERY DAY.
