We are thrilled to introduce you to the SmartCare Parent App & Web Portal! 

You’re probably wondering what SmartCare is – right? Great question!
SmartCare is a cloud-based, real-time technology that enables Parents and Before/After School staff to be connected in real time through your own mobile devices and via web portal - throughout the morning and afterschool program, anytime, from anywhere. 

But why is this information so exciting for our Parents? Now…we have it! 

Our Center is bringing true connectivity and communication directly to you. SmartCare will serve as our CatCare management software and we want to make sure that you understand what this means for you, moving forward. 

 Here are some exciting features we wanted to share with you:

• Sign-In / Sign-Out Kiosk – This will allow you to use your mobile devices to seamlessly scan your children in or out, with a unique QR Code. *You’ll also be able to send a QR Code via text, to an authorized pick up person. 
• Real-Time Parent  Communication – We can communicate illnesses, balances, and any celebrations or concerns real time!
• Mobile Features – Check Communication Notifications, View Billing Account Information, Pay Your Tuition/Balances – all on the Parent App!
• Manage Billing/Tuition – View and Pay by Debit Card, Credit Card or by Checking Account on the Parent App, or via the Parent Web Portal. *Because SmartCare is cloud-based, when payments are processed, the Center will update in real-time. 

What’s next? Please read and follow these 2 easy steps to start using SmartCare, today!

1. Go to SmartCare Enrollment to register your child/children.
2. Download the SmartCare app on your mobile phone or mobile device from the App Store or Google Play and begin receiving updates from your child’s teacher and CatCare! It’s that simple. 

We look forward to bringing you the best technology and switching over to the SmartCare system, soon!  This software can be used for many applications, therefore we have modified some features to meet our needs for before/after school CatCare.  Please just disregard the items that don't apply to us.  If you have any billing questions, please just let Jan McClellan know.
