Help Stock Our School Library Shelves-Become a Book Booster!
The Logan-Rogersville school libraries currently do not meet the minimum levels of books recommended by Missouri’s Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Getting to the most basic level would require approximately $100,000 to buy over 5,500 books. The LR Board of Education and the LR Education Foundation (LREF) have been trying to help us to close the gap, but we still need the help of our community.
To become a Book Booster click on the following link, then follow the directions given. You can purchase a book for any grade level, with the librarian’s offering a wish list to help you in your choices.

Parents are the first teachers for their child and the most influential component of their future educational careers. It is the goal of Parents As Teachers to assist parents in this endeavor by answering questions, providing age appropriate activities, and providing developmental screenings to assure parents of their child's development. |

In this website we have included information about the Parents As Teachers program, articles which address a range of parenting topics, and an event calendar for the Logan-Rogersville Parents As Teachers group activities. |
