R-VIII PHYSCIAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM

Physical Education promotes in students the adoption
of a physically active lifestyle that persists throughout adulthood. A healthy, physically active adolescent is
more likely to perform and learn at a greater level. He or she will be more motivated to learn,
more mentally alert to acquire knowledge and more likely to succeed.
