Internet Explorer does NOT work with the parent portal!
Question: I'm using the correct user id and password but still
cannot log in.
Answer: Make sure you are using the correct
location id. Please note, the location id will remain with
the student throughout
their schooling from year to year. For example, if your child's
location was 4 the first time you logged in, it will never
change (even though they change buildings)
Question: I've tried logging in several times unsuccessfully
and now it shows the account is locked.
Answer: You will need to email parentportal@logrog.net and
request the account be unlocked.
Question:
I am getting an error or a white screen when I try to use
the Parent Portal.
Answer: Be sure you are using Mozilla Firefox
for viewing. See directions above for downloading.
Question: I
get a blank screen.
Answer: It could be because you need to allow
pop ups for websis.logrog.net.
Try the following: Open Firefox>Tools>Options>Content>Exceptions
(next to block pop
ups)>enter "websis.logrog.net">Allow.
Question: I have forgotten my password. Change
you tell me what it is?
Answer: The password can be reset to what
you want, but can't view once you've changed it.
Question: Can I view all of my kids on one
page without separate login's?
Answer: Yes. Details
Question: I
get a black screen when I log on.
Answer: If the EZstart button
appears at the bottom of the page, click it and begin. If
not try the following.
1)
Try to logout and back in again
2) Run a Windows update on
your
computer
3)
Get
the
latest
version
of
of Adobe Acrobat
4) Contact parentportal@logrog.net (Please
include the student's buiding)
Question: I'm not seeing grades when I am in the portal.
Answer: Click
on "More" on
any of
the areas to see more information. In the grade area you can
click on any
grade and see the various assignments from that particular
quarter.
Question:
I'm not seeing the classroom activities/assignments
Answer: Click on "more" to
see further
information about an assignment, including a brief description.
Question: I'm not seeing my
student lunch room transactions
Answer: Click "More" to show
more transactions. At the bottom of the page "Recs
per page (25)", click to change to "All" for
a complete list of
transactions.
