Effective in the 2010-2011 school year the following requirements will be implemented:

• 8th Grade - Tdap will be required for all incoming eight grade students
• PreK - 2nd does varicella for all incoming kindergarten students
• Schools may accept only a written signed statement from a doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy as documentation of varicella (chickenpox) disease for all incoming kindergarten students.
