Free sports physicals will be offered to Middle School and High School athletes at the Middle School FEMA shelter on Wednesday June 26th from 3:00 to 4:30 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: A new Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) bylaw allows for an athletic physical to be valid for two years. For example, if your student received a sports physical at our free event last year on June 27, 2018, then it will be valid until June 26, 2020. There will still be some annual forms that you and your student will have to fill out. If your student needs an updated physical please have the physical forms and required annual forms filled out and signed when you arrive, as this will help speed up the process.
